A SHOONYA WHEEL is a scrying surface that features an alphabet in a circular pattern.
It is tool that can be used for meditation, divination, and/or ultraterrestrial communication.
HOW TO PLAY
Expect contact.
Touch the wheel
and offer greetings.
Ask your questions.
Be patient. Be persistent.
When the wheel moves, move your finger along with the wheel and
do not let go. When it stops, call out what your pointer indicates.
You can commune with a shoonya wheel by using a method called ambiguous interaction. Entities seemingly prefer this method as it prevents any authentication of contact. Compared to spirit boards, shoonya wheels would require less energy for entities to manipulate making contact more likely to be successful. After a few contact sessions however, these beings may communicate in other more revealing ways if their privacy is maintained. It is also possible to experience a phenomenon called psychography, when a participant feels compelled to spell out words revealing psychic information. It is unknown if this is caused by psychic perception or spirit influence.
HOW TO SCRY WITH THE SHOONYA WHEEL
Relax and dim the lights.
Gaze into the medium and lose yourself to the void.
Practice a few minutes daily
until you can meditate for up to 10 minutes.
You can train to use psychic abilities with meditation by using a method called scrying. This method involves an observer gazing into a medium such as a crystal ball or dark surface to help induce a deep meditative state. This state can be described as a healthy dissociation of the mind from the body. Once in this state the observer practices the detection of psychic information, noting mental input that feels spontaneous or foreign while ignoring input they feel is produced by their own mind. This information can range from empathic feelings, visual details of hidden locations, sudden knowledge on future events, etc.
